The facilities surpass the five-star classification and include 350 hotel rooms and suites, 80 apartments, retail outlets, restaurants, cafes and bars, pool and spa amenities, and premium gaming opportunities.

Also noteworthy is the sheer variety of activities which can be expected to occur at any time, and the diversity of occupant demographics; some of these being highly specific to the nature of the VIP gaming facilities and their affluent clientele.
