Elevation at Greystanes

We are excited to be a part of the Elevation at Greystanes project, which has recently been approved as a State Significant Development in NSW. The warehouse has achieved a 6 Star Green Star Design and As Built certification. This rating represents world-leading sustainable development and rewards the creation of healthy, productive, and resilient buildings.

Woolworths Kirrawee | Completed Project

Core Engineering was engaged to undertake fire safety engineering of a brand new Woolworths supermarket in Kirrawee, which has opened at the end of June 2021. The retail centre features a Dan Murphy’s liquor store, a cafe, nail salon and a barber. It was great to deliver another successful project for Woolworths.

END OF FINANCIAL YEAR 2020-21

We would like to thank our clients for the continued partnership throughout the last financial year. It was exciting to be involved in so many fantastic projects across both NSW and VIC. Over the last year its been great to complete some challenging projects such as Crown Sydney, and to keep up the ongoing work with Land and Housing, TAFE and all our amazing clients. Mulpha lodges DA for first stage of Norwest Quarter

Mulpha lodges development application (DA) for first stage of world-leading mixed-use sustainable precinct, located in Norwest, Sydney’s Hills District.

The first stage of Norwest Quarter will include two residential apartment buildings, with a total of 196 apartments, and more than 3,500sqm of specially curated retail and commercial space including a full-floor commercial gym, fresh food grocer, medical services, and restaurants.

When complete, the Norwest Quarter masterplan will transform over 3.8 hectares of greenfield land into a vibrant village centre for over 2,000 residents. Another amazing project that CORE is thrilled to be a part of.

Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct (SINSW)

CORE were engaged at an early stage to develop the fire safety strategy for this unique building. The proposed development will be 7 levels and built on a sloping site with a central open atrium, the Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct (SINSW) will cater for 1,000 primary school students, 1,500 secondary school students and a further 120 Intensive English Centre students. We are excited to be a part of such a significant Education project in NSW.
