We are excited to have completed a project of such astounding complexity and scope.

At 271 metres, Crown Sydney has become Sydney’s tallest building. Views encompass the whole of Sydney’s magnificent harbour and more, from the Pacific Ocean through the Heads, to the iconic Harbour Bridge and Opera House and further west to the Blue Mountains.

The facilities surpass the five-star classification and include 350 hotel rooms and suites, 80 apartments, retail outlets, restaurants, cafes and bars, pool and spa amenities, and premium gaming opportunities.

At CORE, our resourceful and meticulous approach enabled us to develop well-founded performance solutions in response to the hazards specific to the building’s scale and size. Also noteworthy is the sheer variety of activities which can be expected to occur at any time, and the diversity of occupant demographics; some of these being highly specific to the nature of the VIP gaming facilities and their affluent clientele.
