With more than 20 years in fire safety engineering, founder of CORE, Sandro Razzi, brings a level of depth and discipline that has shaped the business from the ground up. His career began with the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board in Melbourne, giving him a strong foundation in fire and life safety across complex environments.
Sandro is known for his ability to see the full picture early. He sets clear fire strategies at the start of a project that are practical and designed to hold up under scrutiny. He is not afraid to challenge the status quo if it means achieving the safest outcomes for people. His calm leadership, technical integrity, and collaborative mindset have earned the trust of many repeat clients, peers and the entire team at CORE.

Graham has been leading fire safety solutions since graduating in 2012. With a master’s in Structural and Fire Safety Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, and credentials including Chartered Engineer status and C10/Registered Certifier accreditation, he brings deep technical expertise to every project.
At CORE, Graham leads with precision and foresight. He’s known for developing performance-based solutions that are code-compliant and genuinely intelligent. They are always backed by science and built for the real world. Since stepping into the role of Technical Director in 2018, he’s continued to push for better outcomes, supported by a team that shares his drive for technical excellence.

With over 35 years in the fire safety industry, Neil brings unmatched breadth and depth to his role. Starting out as a cadet fire protection engineer, he has worked across design, estimation, and project delivery for both large-scale and smaller fire systems installations.
Neil’s expertise extends to special hazards engineering, having delivered complex suppression systems, from gaseous and foam to deluge and wet chemical, across Australia and internationally. For the past two decades, his focus has been on consultancy, where his knowledge of fire codes, systems compliance and performance-based solutions is trusted by clients across the industry.
