As the fire engineers for 400 George St and the associated Sydney Arcade, we are uniquely familiar with all aspects of the building design and history, including the void strategy within the commercial floor plates.

This project required balancing the architectural requirements of the heritage portion of the building bounding King Street, in conjunction with the newer tower building, while maintaining the required level of fire safety throughout.
