NEXTDC’s S3 data centre is a nine-storey 13,781 sqm facility in Sydney’s Macquarie Park technology precinct, completed in 2020.

CORE collaborated with all stakeholders to deliver unique fire and life safety strategies for the purpose-built facility, which optimised the fire suppression, mechanical and egress considerations throughout the data halls and their associated plant, specific to the needs of NEXTDC and their clients.
