The Langston is a mixed-use residential building comprising of three residential towers atop a common podium that provides various retail spaces ranging from gyms, clinics and retail outlets to restaurants and supermarkets.

CORE was engaged to develop the fire safety strategy and worked with the design team and FRNSW to resolve the unique water supply issue affecting the building. The project was delivered successfully for CBUS and Hutchison Builders and provides an important amenity to the Epping community.
