Capella Hotel (Sandstones Precinct)is a 6-star hotel conversion from the existing Department of Education originally constructed between 1912 and 1930.

The project incorporated a full strip-out and renovation of the existing Department of Education building which started in 2015 and was completed in 2023. CORE developed bespoke solutions in consultation with the key project stakeholders (including FRNSW) to enable the vision of this 6-star hotel to be realised.
