$200M redevelopment of Narellan Town Centre, which more than doubled the retail footprint to a total GFA of 132,810 sqm.

CORE played a crucial role in NTC's northern expansion and the refurbishment of its southern section. This extensive project greatly enhanced amenities for the local community, including the addition of a two-level car park with a shopping centre above it, which spans Camden Valley Way to connect with the redeveloped southern portion.

Given the project's large scale and its elevated structure above the car park, developing a comprehensive fire strategy was essential. CORE played a key role in designing the exit system, smoke hazard management, and alarm staging to ensure safety and compliance.

For the southern redevelopment, CORE also collaborated with the contractor to develop construction fire safety management plans. These plans facilitated staged construction and occupancy, allowing the shopping centre to remain operational throughout the redevelopment.
