CORE was engaged to deliver performance-based Fire Engineering services for the new Infinite Aged Care residential facility in Knoxfield—a 176-bed development designed to provide premium aged care living adjacent to a scenic golf course.

Our strategy was tailored to the needs of an elderly resident population, addressing safe evacuation, fire brigade access, and compartmentation challenges across the four-level facility. We worked closely with Connect PM and the broader design team to ensure fire safety was embedded into the building’s core design without compromising amenity or compliance.

The result is a facility that balances care, comfort, and code—supporting Infinite Aged Care and Australian Unity in setting a new benchmark for aged care living in Victoria.
