A unique building proposed over 7 levels on a sloping site with a central open atrium, CORE were engaged at an early stage to develop the fire strategy for the building.

This involved the assessment of fire and smoke spread through the building, as the interconnection of storeys is atypical – being that the roof over has openings to allow natural venting and there are three buildings are inherently separated by open walkways.

CORE provided full fire engineering services through concept to occupation, inclusive of fire safety strategy development, fire engineering brief, fire engineering report and detailed assessment and analysis, construction phase support and final inspection and signoff on completion.
